Out of Stock Policy
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order.
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share any customer information with third parties, under any circumstance.
We would be happy to gift wrap your package for an additional charge, choose how you would like your gift wrapped by selecting an option from the gift wrap page. If you would like a hand written note inclosed with your gift - please include your message in the 'comments' box during checkout.
Orders placed monday-friday before 3 pm pst (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 pm pst will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer free ground shipping for merchandise totaling $150.00 and up. Shipping options will be shown at time of checkout. We are unable to deliver to apo/fpo addresses or po boxes. Please contact us for any multiple shipping orders or rush order.
International shipping: All tarifs, taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Any packages lost in transit are not the responsibility of parasols.
Rates are calculated by estimated weight and are real-time rates provided by USPS and UPS.
We are in not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from parasols. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 15 days from the shipping date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
All returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges and we do not accept returns after 15 days from the ship date. Once return authorization has been received, please send us back your purchase with a copy the invoice. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned package. Please note customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back.
Damage claims must be made within 3 business days of package arrival.
